Egg Biryani Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Ghee 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) hard boil 6
-Ghee ½ Cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon) 1-2
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 2
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 3-4
-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1
-Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3
-Chawal (Rice) sella basmati 2 & ½ Cups (boiled with whole all spices and salt)
-Zarde ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2 slit

Directions:
-Boiled rice with salt and whole all spices until ¾ th done,strain & set aside.
-Boil eggs with salt until hard and remove the shells.
-In frying pan,add ghee and let it melt,fry eggs until golden brown and set aside.
-In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,cloves,black cardamom,black pepper corns,star anise,bay leaf and cumin seeds,mix well for 1 minute.
-Add onion,mix well and fry until golden brown.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add tomatoes,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add salt,nutmeg powder,mace powder,turmeric powder,red chili powder,garam masala powder, coriander powder and mix well.
-Add yogurt and mix well.
-Add green chilies,mix well and cook until oil separates.
-Add boiled eggs and mix well.
-Add mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chilies,boiled rice,yellow food color,fresh coriander,mint leaves, and green chilies.
-Cover & steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Serve with raita.

-Chawal ko namak aur sabut garam masala ka saath ¾ th boil ker lein aur strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Anday ko namak ka saath hard boil ker lein aur chilkay ko remove ker lein.

-Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt akrein aur anday dal ker golden brown fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein,darchini,hari elaichi,laung,badi elaichi,sabut kali mirch,baadiyan ka phool,tez paat aur zeera dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,jaifil powder,javatri powder,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Boiled anday shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Podina,hara dhania,hari mirchein,boiled chawal,zarde ka rang,hara dhania,podina aur hari mirchein dal dein.
-Dhak ker 8-10 minutes kliya halki ancch per steam cook ker lein.
-Raita ka saath serve karein.
