Naveen Sikhera joins as the new SSP of Muzzafarnagar, ruled by Shaukeen and the Dedha Brothers. When a member of the Dedha clan is killed by a close ally of Shaukeen, Shaukeen has to inform on his whereabouts to avoid a gang-war.
