Murali along his wife Madhavi come down from Mumbai to his village in order to sell his family's ancestral palace. His relations having a stake in the property also gather to jointly sign and sell it. When servants in the house start disappearing mysteriously & Madhavi starts seeing fleeting images of spirits, her brother Ravi finds out that the palace is haunted by a ferocious female spirit and delves into its horrific details.
