This story is based on some real events that happened in POOVAR, a picturesque beach village along the Tamilnadu - Kerala border in the time period of 2007 to 2011. The dialect being used in this narrative is the alluring Nanchinadan lingo of the erstwhile Southern Travancore. Roy, a village boy who's a failure at studies joins for tuition from Christy who's his family friend under pressure. They become good friends, but later when Christy gets a job abroad, Roy's life changes from there.
