Kaza town there has been a dispute between the higher cast and lower caste where upper caste always lets down the lower caste.But currently the Khameran Tribe leader Shamshera has made life hell for the upper caste where he and his men reach on their every occasion and loot them.The wealthy kings and merchants then decide to take help of British to drive out Khameran's from their region where they offer them 5000 gold coins.Shamshera and Khameran overcome the Britishers who flee from the region but Daroga Shudh Singh comes with message from British that Khameran 's will be given a better life if they surrender to British,Shamshera and his community reach the fort where they realize that Shudha Singh has laid a trap for them and they are kept as slaves in the fort the British ask Shamshera to give them 10,000 gold coin's and free his community.In order to free his people Shamshera decides to elope from a secret place and gather the gold but gets caught and is killed in front of his community by and posed as traitor.25 years later his son Bali to believes his father was a traitor and wants to join army of Shudh Singh where he is asked to beat a child but he sacrifices himself to Shudh Singh in place of child and learns from his father's friend Pir Baba that how his father scarified his life for their community.Bali escapes from the secret hide as guided by Pir Baba an reaches a village where few Khameran 's are living a different identity since years Shamshera had left few people behind as he was aware Shudh Singh will betray them.The Khameran left behind still live with a hope of freedom and team up with Bali and a dancer Sona an make life of upper caste people hell again by making them realize that Shamshera is back.
