Loosely based on a true story, Celeste (Julie Benz), is an attractive 40-something waitress who meets and served Steven Beard (Eli Gabay) his nightly cocktail at a local country club in Austin, Texas. In 1995, Steven, who was a 70-year old widower, married Celeste, a divorced mother of two teenage daughters, providing her with a large home, fancy cars, expensive designer clothing, and more jewelry she could ever want. It was never enough for her. When Celeste was admitted into a mental health facility for depression, she met and seduced a fellow female patient named Tracey Tarlton (Justine Warrington). She succeeded in convincing her that the only way they could be together would be to murder her husband, Steven. Celeste knew she could inherit millions of dollars upon Steven's death. Betrayal knew no bounds until the truth was finally revealed by Tracey.
