union leader Shankar is well respected by his co workers and can do anything for him .Shankar asks his boss Ratanlal to give more safety measures fro his workers.Shankar saves Robert from his workers when Robert tries to attack him and they become best of friends.Before implementing a new working policy Shankar dies in an accident,Ratanlal to meets the same faith and mastermind behind that is JD and Ram Avtar who want to take a stake in Ratanlal's property.JD tries to molest Shankar's wife Paravati but her son Rakesh tries to save her and goes in trauma after the incident whenever he sees his mother.Robert decides to adopt Rakesh and names him Rocky and brings him up as his son with his wife Katy.Paravati secretly stays in their but never faces Rocky due to trauma.During a trip to Kashmir Rocky poses as RD to Renuka and both fall in love.But RD is actually son of JD who was to meet Renuka for a marriage proposal.After Renuka finds the truth she starts to hate him after much misunderstandings they become one.Rocky also finds that his father didn't die of accident but was killed by JD.
